Experimental Thuban packages for Mandrake 10.0.

	Rebuild and stalled a couple of other rpm packages 
	with rpmbuild --rebuild after downloaded. 
	The following places are examples, 
	you might get them somewhere else, too.

	curl -O http://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/linux/mandrakelinux/devel/cooker/contrib/python-sqlite-1.0.1-1mdk.src.rpm

	Got the original src.rpm for proj from:
	curl -O http://mappinghacks.com/rpm/proj-4.4.9-mh1.src.rpm
	# it adds a ling to libproj.0 so normal gdal can work.
	# If you do not use the rpm I have build, make sure that you
	# have a link from libproj.so to your dynamic libproj library file.

	1.0.1-2.100mdk is build with gdal so, 
	if you have gdal you installed it will be used.

	KNOWN BUGS:
	Do not use non-ascii characters in the map title or at other places.
	One workaround patch for the map title is in
