GREAT-ER 1.0 Update to 1.0.5:

Installation:
	- Extract the contents of the zip-archive into your GREAT-ER 1.0
	  directory to update to the new version.
	- Confirm all requests to overwrite existing data.
	- Reboot the PC after installation. 
	- After reboot, start GREAT-ER 1.0 as usual. Check the update:
		- The inital screen displays GREAT-ER 1.0.5
		- Model info (Menu GREAT-Help / About Model) displays:
		  GREAT-ER Simulator version 1.0 <patch 3> (27 JAN 2003)
		  
Rationale:
	The versions of the GREAT-ER 1.0 Simulator (up to 
	version 1.0 <patch 2> (16 FEB 2000) contain a bug 
	in the module for Activated Sludge, Mode 2/3: 
	Elimination was effectively calculated always to zero.
	
	The current version (Version 1.0 <patch 3> (27 JAN 2003))
	fixes this bug, i.e. the code implemented for the Module 
	during the GREAT-ER 1.0 project is now activated to calculate
	elimination rates based on the SimpleTreat Model for activated 
	sludge plants. The correctness of the results was not further 
	analysed during activation, but the model output was analysed
	by the original author (Geert Boeije) in his PhD thesis:

	It was ensured that the activation has no side side effects on 
	other model modes. The validated results of mode 1 simulations 
	were compared for different simulator versions.
